2023 Spring Registration
Below is the 2023 Spring RMC Golf Registration Form. Registration will commence on April 1st and conclude on April 21st.
The five events are scheduled as follows:
Event Registration Fee for each shotgun event is $20 per event with the remainder due at the course the day of the event.
The Golf Software Activation fee is $6.00 per player, per year. The RMC Executive committee has voted that the club will pay this fee for all players this year, as long as your 2023 dues has been paid.
Make your event selections below. You may select any number of events (1-5). The fee for each event is noted. Once your selections are complete, add your total and post where directed. Hit the submit button and then mail your total registration fee to the address at the bottom of the form. Your Registration is not final until the fee is received.
The event balance (payment by check is preferable), are to be made out to the "Retired Men's Club" and presented to the RMC Registrar at the course on the morning of the event. For t-time events, if any, it will be due at the time of the registration submittal.
NEW CANCEL/CHANGE/ADD FORM
This new form will allow you to Cancel a previously selected event or Change a previously selected event to another event or Add a new event. Once you complete the form, hit the submit button. All the changes will be made to your Registration including any fee adjustments.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are to be accomplished by submitting the On-Line Cancellation form located in the Golf section of the website. If the cancellation is received prior to the noon cut-off the Saturday before the event, you will receive a refund. If it is received after the cutoff you will forfeit the $20 Registration fee. If your cancellation is the morning of the event, please call Paul DeSisto at 508-364-8190 in addition to submitting the cancellation form.
In the case of questionable weather, the event will only be cancelled, and fees refunded if the course is closed. If you have a refund coming, you will receive a check after the last seasonal event. We will no longer transfer fees from one event to another.
