CHECK-IN:
WHEN ARRIVING AT COURSE, YOU MUST CHECK IN WITH Tom Reardon. LOOK FOR HIM NEXT TO THE RMC SIGN NEAR THE PROSHOP ENTRANCE. THEN PROCEED INSIDE TO THE RMC REGISTRATION DESK TO PAY YOUR BALANCE DUE FOR THE EVENT. TEAM CAPTAINS WILL PICK-UP SCORECARD.
CANCEL/CHANGE/ADD FORM
This form will allow you to Cancel a previously selected event or Change a previously selected event to another event or Add a new event. Once you complete the form, hit the submit button. All the changes will be made to your Registration including any fee adjustments.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Event fees will be refunded if cancellation(s) is received prior to the Friday before event, noon cut-off. If your cancellation is after the cutoff for the current event, the RMC will retain the $20 entry fee. We still ask that you submit the Event Cancellation form, and in addition if it is the morning of the event, please call Tom Hughes @339-201-1309 or Frank Zappulla @508-654-2842. This will allow time for making last minute changes to pairings and informing the teams of the changes. As in the past, if the course does not shut down, we play and pay.
